PDF w/Notes - Pro Feature

Generate a PDF w/Notes:

Each writer can be assigned a color so it is easy to distinguish who wrote each note. This report will be pulled for the current document that is open. 

1. Select Reports > PDF w/notes
2. Check or uncheck the box for the note types you would like to see in the PDF.
   1. There are notes that are typed into the script as Note lines, Outline lines and there are notes that are added as Comments.
   2. Note lines will appear in grey when exported and Outline lines will appear in blue when exported.
   3. If you have multiple collaborators, you can decide whose comments you would like to see and whose to hide.
      1. Open the writer drop-down menu
      2. Select the writer's name
      3. Check or uncheck the box to show or hide their comments
3. Select color for each note type
   1. If you have collaborators, you can select a different color for each.
      1. Open the writer drop-down menu
      2. Select the writer's name
      3. Assign their color
      4. Repeat until you have assigned all of the desired colors
4. Determine if you would like to show the name and/or timestamp for all of the comments.
   1. Show name is automatically selected if there are multiple writers, and will add the name of the writer who contributed each note to the PDF.
   2. Time will show the time a note was added if selected.
5. Select Download
   1. The PDF will save to your downloads. It can then be saved or sent as desired. 
   2. This PDF can always be imported into WriterDuet at a later date as a new document if needed.
