Custom Report - Pro Feature

A custom report can be created to show you the types of lines you wish to view. For example, if you want to isolate and view only your Parenthetical lines, you could create a Parenthetical custom report by checking the box next to Parens. This could help ensure that your use of parentheticals looks and sounds consistent throughout your document.

Generate a Custom Report

  1. Select Reports > Custom
  2. Check the box for each of the desired line types.
  3. Select View
  4. The open script will now only show the selected line types and Custom Report will show as active in the Modes widget on the right of the display.
    1. To retain the content as is, export as a PDF.
    2. A Document Statistics report or any other report can be run on it. 
    3. Editing this content will apply to the main document as this is only a filtered view of the main document's contents.
    4. To return to the full script, close the report in the Modes widget.
