How to Apply a Promo Code

The steps to add a promo code differ slightly depending on whether you're applying it to a new subscription, a free trial, or an existing subscription.

When Purchasing a New Subscription

1. Choose your desired subscription plan (Plus, Pro, or Premium)
2. Click the billing toggle to choose Yearly or Monthly as your billing cadence
3. Select the green Upgrade button
4. Before entering your billing information, click Promo Code (or Add Discount)
5. Type the promo code in the text field and click Submit (or Apply)
   1. The default price for the subscription plan you chose will now have a slash through it, and the discounted price that you will now be paying will display in red next to it.
6. Enter your billing information and click Upgrade to finalize the purchase

When Starting a 14-day Subscription Free Trial

1. Select your desired subscription plan (Plus, Pro, or Premium)
2. Click the billing toggle to choose Yearly or Monthly as your billing cadence
3. Select the green 14 Day Free Trial button
4. Before entering your billing information, click Promo Code (or Add Discount)
5. Type the promo code in the text field and click Submit (or Apply)
   1. The default price for the subscription plan you chose will now have a slash through it, and the discounted price that you will now be paying will display in red next to it.
6. Enter your billing information and click Start Free Trial to finalize the purchase

When Updating an Existing Subscription

1. Go to Menu > Help > My Account
2. Select Manage subscription
3. Click Update subscription
4. Choose the billing cadence (Monthly or Yearly) and/or the subscription plan (Plus, Pro, or Premium) that you want to switch to moving forward
5. Select Continue
6. Your previous subscription's default payment method will be used for this subscription update. As needed, you can select the edit icon to the right of that default payment method to add/select a new payment method.
7. Before finalizing the subscription update, select Add promotion code
8. Type the promo code in the text field and click Apply
   1. The discounted price that you will be paying for your subscription will now display next to "What you'll pay"
9. Click Confirm to finalize the subscription update
