Insert Multimedia

Need to include a logo on the Title Page or insert a reference image for a shot? Perhaps you'd like to include audio or video in your document. Quickly add a multimedia file or URL to your project with these easy steps!

For Mobile browser and app, use only URL file sources.


Insert Multimedia

  1. Select Edit > Insert > Image
  2. Select the Media Type
    1. Image
    2. Video
    3. Audio
  3. Select the File Source
    1. URL
      1. Enter the URL in Step 3
    2. Upload
      1. Click to upload the file from your device 
    3. Camera / Microphone
      1. Select Take photo / Turn my camera ON > REC button / Record
  4. Select Insert

Resize an Image

  1. Select the image you would like to resize
    1. A blue outline will appear around the outside of the image
  2. Click and drag the corner of the image with your cursor


Align an Image

  1. Select the image you would like to align
  2. Select Menu > Format > Text Alignment
  3. Choose your desired alignment
